I am a big morning runner. I LOVE my morning runs. I love to watch the sun come up. I love to watch my breath in the cold air. I love to watch my neighbors walking their dogs and the kids waiting for the bus. Plus, isn't it nice to just have your workout done and get on with your day?
For the last 6 weeks I have been training in the morning. It really worked out for my client because I trained her, she took a shower and went to work. It really did NOT work out for me because I missed my morning time. I missed watching cartoons with my 2 year old. I missed getting my 6 month old out of bed and laughing at her enormous (and disgusting) sweat spot she leaves on the sheets. I missed being woken up by a kid and not by an alarm. I missed my AM runs.
Next Thursday is my last morning with her. I think I'll go for a run Friday morning.
