goals

Has it really been a whole week since I posted? Wow.

My training lately has really stepped up a notch. I've noticed that I only have about 6 short weeks until the St. Louis Half Marathon

I have a very specific goal this year. I want to run a 1:45. My PR is 1:53, but that was before I had children. Now, two pregnancies later and a little over 3 years later, let's see if I can do it. I'm really sticking to my speed workouts without pushing it too hard for fear of injury.

For the last week and a half, I've been pretty good. Let's see if I can keep it up!
