There is a group of people who are part of the "American Weight Loss Registry."
These are people who have lost more than 30 lbs and kept it off for more than 1 year. Researchers have done much research on this group of people. Here are some of their findings:
1) They all own a scale and use it frequently. Sometimes daily.
2) They go out to eat less than 1 time per week.
3) They all work out (mainly walking) 60-90 minutes 5-6 days/week.
