Running

Finally. Back on topic:

Since my Go! St. Louis Half Marathon, I've decided to switch things up a bit. I'm doing a lot more strength, some speed work (that's where you get strength and power...not from the long slow distance stuff), and some alternate forms of cardio. But I'm missing my early morning runs. I'm missing taking the jogging stroller out. I'm missing leaving my stresses behind and pounding it all out on a nice 6 miler. And then I asked myself...what's wrong with me? So, according to New Balance, I must be in a "Love-Hate relationship with running".
