
This is intense. But it's only 4 minutes long.
I hesitate to post exactly what this is, because I'm afraid my 69-year-old father will try it out. (Don't do it dad. I'm serious.)
I mainly use this with my runners who are trying to gain speed and my athletes who always need speed.
1. Incline the treadmill at 15.
2. Choose a speed. For beginners 4.5-5.5 more advanced 6-7ish.
3. 4 minutes. 20 seconds on; 10 second rest.
Add this to the end of your strength workout for some intense cardio!
