I am sitting here watching the closing ceremonies of the Olympics and truly mourning. It has been such a fun few weeks.
1)Opening ceremonies were breath taking.
2)Swimming was ridiculous. I got to see every last one of Michael Phelps' races. 4x100 was my favorite. Very cool.
3)Track & Field is always fun. Loved seeing the Jamaican Usain Bolt beat Michael Johnson's World Record in the 200m.
4)BOTH 4x100m Relays for the US DROPPING the baton!! Talk about bad luck!
5)LoLo Jones hitting the hurdle with her foot. Heartbreaking.
4)Gymnastics: Aren't those girls so cute?
5)Diving: I did get a little mad at some of the US divers.
And did you see the Johnson&Johnson commercials? They were great throughout the Olympics, but the newest one is Michael Phelps' mommy. (Couldn't find it on youtube)
It makes me so proud to hold the title of mommy.

Don't forget Dara Torres - the 41 yr old mommy that got the silver in swimming and who looks AMAZING! (I heard that she was training in the pool several hours after giving birth - urban legend?)
WHAT?? Several HOURS after giving birth. I've never heard that. That's pretty crazy.
