Tomorrow I run a 10K to raise money for the women of Congo. If you are a man, you can still run the race and raise money for the women of Congo. It's been a long while since I've run a 10k. College I think. I'm not sure how to go about it mentally. With a 5K I just run hard. With a half marathon I run smart for 6, hard for 4, and hardest for 2.
I'm running at Queeny Park and I guess it's pretty hilly there. Yikes.
My goal is 45min. And as always I want to run negative splits (every mile should be a hair faster than the one before it so that your last mile is faster than your first).
I haven't figured in the hills though.
I've eaten my pasta. I'm going to bed soon. Wish me luck!
