Discipline

I used to think I was a pretty disciplined person. You have to be to get up at 5am to get your workout in, right? You have to be to spend the months it requires to train for a marathon, right?

I absolutely take back anything I may have thought about me being disciplined. I think I am just addicted to one thing.

I tell myself every Monday. "This is going to be the week that I get in 5 good blog posts!" There will be pictures and links and it will be exciting! And then Friday comes and I realize I've not taken the time to do it. I've not "disciplined" myself to blog. I even have a brother and sister who periodically send me topics!

It's not that there's nothing to write about. At least every other day something comes to mind to write about. Fitness is a huge subject.

I just don't.

So today is Friday.

THIS is going to be the week that I get in 5 good blog posts.

Be excited.
