Injured

So I think I'm injured. Yup. Injured. It stinks. And I didn't do it in some heroic way either. I was sitting on the couch playing with my daughter, moved funny, and felt a terrible pain in my abdomen. So I think I strained an ab muscle. It's still super sore, and the more I exercise, the worse it gets. I hate being injured because it means I have to "take it easy". Which means I'll be behind in my half-marathon training.

I'm starting a new program this year by Hal Higdon. And I was really hoping to not get too behind. Oh well...bummer.
