RLS and achy knees

Ahhhh....

So I finally have a doc apt. tomorrow for my achy knees. I've taken a good month off of running, and it hasn't helped. I LIVE on Ibuprofen and it hasn't helped. I put frozen peas on my knees every night and it hasn't helped!

This month has been a good break from my running because it's allowed me to really focus on strength training, but I'm feeling a bit restless.

I know I've said this in previous posts, but I'm sure I have RLS from NOT exercising. Esp. my calf muscles. They itch and move and keep me up at night! It's driving me crazy!

Hopefully she'll give me some good news!
