Dear Santa...

Here is a list of the things I would like for Christmas for my PT closet (which happens to be my husbands' jeep right now).

1) Lateral Slide Board. I would like it to be at least 6 feet(although 8 would be nice) and adjustable. Oh...and portable. I'm working in people's homes now. These things are phenomenal. There are tons and tons and tons of things you can do on them other than sliding back and forth. New they run about $350 but I have seen them on ebay as low as $150.

2) Kettle Bells. I would like a 10 lb and a 20 lb. Although boot camp will come back up in the spring so if you want to fill my stocking with several of each that would be okay with me.

3) Power Harness or Bullet Belt. This is a partner (usually me) controlled resistance band attached to a belt that adds resistance to your sprint workout. Really, really cool. I was using a plain resistance band, but mine all snapped last fall in our bootcamp.

4) Versa disc. 2 please!

5)Foam Roller. Really great styrofoam cylinder that helps with muscle relaxation at the end of a workout. You can also do some killer ab work on them.

6)Body bars. 12lbs., 20lbs, 30 lbs.

7)Plyo boxes. These would be fun too.

Where am I going to put all this spacey equipment you ask? I have no idea. Would my husband be dismayed if you shoved all of this down our chimney? Absolutely. Do we have a chimney? I don't think so...I believe our chimney connects with the chimney in the upstairs apartment.

Oh yeah...and one more thing not fitness related. A house would be nice.

Thanks Santa! I know how much you care about getting and staying in shape!

Rachel
