I am pooped

I just ran a very quick 4 miles on the treadmill at the YMCA (which my son lovingly refers to as the "Robbie Seay A"). So I am pooped.

I haven't been able to get in my long runs on the weekend cause I've been training a ton, but I'm just going to have to start getting up earlier. My Spirit of St. Louis Half Marathon is coming up!! I'm not pregnant this year (was last year and ran 2:04), and it's not my first time running it, so I really have no excuse not to improve my time. My goal is 1:47. We'll see. My PR is 1:54. So that's a 7 min. improvement.

I seriously need to get my butt in gear!
