"Trust the Process"

There's a quote that shows up every once in awhile on the Biggest Loser.

"Believe in yourself. Trust the process. Change your life." - Bob Harper

It's a weird process, isn't it? Eating every 3 hours. Centering your meals around lean protein. Working out and working HARD 5-6 days/week.

Several times this week I've had clients say to me, "You really think I can do this?" As they face a HUGE hill, a heavy weight, a quick sprint. And every time I absolutely know they can. Our bodies are capable of so much more than we give them credit for.

Also, I've been noticing another little thing in my training. Those who trust me, trust what we're doing, and USE me seem to get the results. Those who call and email and ask questions and listen. They are my clients who are shedding pounds and inches and changing their lives. They are becoming more productive in their jobs. They are experiencing less sickness. They are feeling good and strong and healthy.

So trust in the process (as weird and hard as it may be), believe you can do it (because you can), and make this a real lifelong life change. And you will change your life.

And it's so fun on the other side.
